Job Title: Heavy Construction-Equipment Operator

Con Site Construction Limited is seeking a skilled Heavy Construction-Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy construction equipment, including graders, milling machines, and screeds.
  • Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure safe operation.
  • Secure special attachments to equipment as required.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience operating heavy construction equipment.
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various locations, including roads and bridges.
  • Physically demanding work environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
