The Opportunity

WSP is seeking a Senior Process Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join our Process Water/Wastewater Group, with office locations across Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will act as a design resource, project manager, and/or client manager, providing expertise and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage water/wastewater projects from conceptual design to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on water/wastewater projects, including design, construction, and operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in water/wastewater project management, with a strong understanding of design, construction, and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Strong technical expertise in water/wastewater engineering, with knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
