About the Role
The Government of Alberta is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead the Disability Services North team. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic oversight for the delivery of disability services across the North Zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the delivery of disability services
- Develop and implement effective programs and services to meet the needs of individuals with disabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and service providers
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
- Collaborate with other Disability Services Executive Directors to ensure consistency of program delivery and policy
Requirements
- Extensive senior management experience in disability services
- Demonstrated expertise in leading the delivery of complex client-facing programs and services
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Knowledge of disability program service delivery
