Job Overview:
- Perform highly diversified duties to repair and maintain building and production mechanical systems
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, detect and replace defective parts, test and make adjustments to automated production equipment
- Perform regular preventive maintenance on plant facilities and production equipment
- Use a variety of hand and power tools
- Other duties as assigned to ensure up-time of automated production equipment, etc.
Required Skills:
- Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) and/or Construction Millwright (426A) Certificate of Qualification
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, HVAC systems, etc.
- Able to read and understand operation standards, blueprints, maintenance, and equipment manuals
Work Environment:
- Plant environment
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Regularly exposed to dust, odors, noise, smoke, etc.
- Regularly required to be exposed to outside weather/elements
- Regularly required to work at heights and in confined spaces
