Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at BC LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training and supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Ensure that the kitchen and work areas are clean and safe at all times, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
