About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Consultant to join our team at BrokerLink. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on matters related to employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disability management.
  • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management strategies to drive employee engagement and productivity.
  • Change Management: Lead and participate in change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition for employees and stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
  • HR Program Development: Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives.
Requirements
  • University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.
  • CPHR certification (or in progress).
  • Experience in developing and delivering HR training programs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Creative, flexible, and business-oriented outlook.
