We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Team Leader to join our Implementation team at Medavie Blue Cross. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of new clients, ensuring a smooth and consistent client installation process, and delivering a positive first impression with new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day needs of the team and our clients, providing coaching and guidance to individuals on performance goals and quality results.
- Support the career development and learning opportunities of team members, ensuring key performance indicators of productivity and accuracy are achieved.
- Identify processes to maximize overall efficiency of the department, working collaboratively with support services teams to achieve corporate and operational targets.
- Represent the team at meetings, building and maintaining relationships within the department and other business units within the company.
- Hold regular team meetings, manage remote teams, and be responsible for the hiring process of new employees.
- Post-secondary education in business or marketing, project management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in sales or operations management, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong computer skills, including an excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and prior experience working with MS Project is considered an asset.
- Bilingualism is mandatory.
- Strong coaching, communication, and presentation skills.
