Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve as the General Manager of the EA Rawlinson Centre for the Arts. This is a full-time position that will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including event management, marketing, and customer service.


The ideal candidate will have a background in arts administration, marketing, or a related field. They will be responsible for ensuring that all events are well-planned and executed, and that the centre runs smoothly on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities



  • Oversee the planning and execution of events at the EA Rawlinson Centre for the Arts
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the centre and its events
  • Provide excellent customer service to patrons and clients
  • Manage the centre's budget and resources
  • Supervise staff and volunteers as needed

Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree in arts administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in arts administration or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary


The salary for this position is estimated to be around $85,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
