We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Lower Mainland as a Return to Work Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic group of clinicians and contribute to the growth of our company.
Job Description- Functional Assessments: Conduct comprehensive functional assessments to identify clients' strengths and limitations.
- Graded Work Simulation Programs: Develop and implement graded work simulation programs to facilitate safe and timely return to work.
- Return to Work Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor graduated return-to-work plans.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience providing return-to-work rehabilitation services or other job site experiences, such as job demands analyses, ergonomic analyses, and return-to-work organization with employers at the job site.
Requirements- Credentials: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of BC (COTBC).
- Skills and Qualities: Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team and independently.
- Professional Development: Opportunity for training and mentorship, including research assistance to support innovative practice.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
