Vancouver Coastal Health seeks a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Vancouver, BC. As an integral member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will provide occupational therapy services to clients with complex health needs.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide occupational therapy services to designated clients, including assessments, goal setting, and implementation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
  • Travel to various work locations to provide services to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, as required.

**Requirements:**

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia (COTBC).
  • Eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT).
  • Minimum two years' experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a community-based setting.
