Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Hero Certified Burger. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas, maintaining high standards of quality and customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain efficient kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of quality and customer service.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
