Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized financial advice and guidance to members, helping them to make informed decisions about their financial products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with members, understanding their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Work collaboratively with other branch team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and products to members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply that knowledge to provide expert advice to members.
  • Meet or exceed sales and referral targets, identifying opportunities to promote Coast Capital Savings products and services to members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a retail banking environment.
  • Post-secondary education in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Mutual Funds accreditation (e.g., Investment Funds in Canada or the Canadian Securities Course) is an absolute requirement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
