Our Business Model

We supply our stores with gently-used, one-of-a-kind items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations. We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse, and providing our partners with valuable funding for their community-based programs and services.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Floor Associate to join our team. As a Sales Floor Associate, you will create an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and other team members. You will work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service and supporting the sales floor team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, donors, and other team members.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process donations and merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting and reconciling cash and credit card transactions.
