As a Senior UX Designer at Bankwest, you will play a critical role in shaping the digital experience for our customers. You will lead the design of intuitive and user-centered experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

About the Role

The Customer, Marketing and Communication (CMC) division is responsible for creating experiences that are simple, useful, and informed by strategy and insight. The Digital Content and Experience Team, which sits within the CMC division, is responsible for championing experience across all of our digital channels and platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of digital experiences that meet the evolving needs of our customers
  • Collaborate with multiple disciplines to ensure seamless user experiences
  • Presentation design rationale to the wider team and stakeholders
  • Advocate for user experience design in the broader organisation

Requirements

  • Advanced UX and UI design skills with experience in mobile apps and/or web
  • Strong knowledge of customer-centred design principles and usability testing methods
  • Prior experience leading other UX designers and influencing stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
