Job Role: As the Head of Project Delivery and Operations, you will oversee the overall performance and operational efficiency of our company across both locations. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader to drive business growth and make a lasting impact.

  • Lead and manage all company-wide operations across both locations (Prince George & Ladysmith)
  • Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with company goals and values
  • Oversee regional Operations Managers, Project Managers, and administrative teams
  • Ensure project performance, profitability, and adherence to quality standards
  • Collaborate with the Estimating, Sales, Logistics, and Procurement teams to support efficient workflows
  • Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, and cost control measures
  • Support business development and client engagement strategies in collaboration with the President and Director of Strategic Growth
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture within the company
  • Oversee staffing, hiring, training, and professional development in collaboration with HR/Administrative team
  • Represent ECD in high-level stakeholder meetings, partnerships, and community engagements
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role (preferably in construction, project management, or a related field)
  • Strong knowledge of construction operations, budgeting, and business development
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multi-location operations is an asset
  • Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships with Indigenous partners and community leaders
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic thinking
  • Familiarity with procurement, logistics, and cost-saving methodologies
  • Experience with staff hiring, performance management, and HR oversight
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations as needed
