At CTDI, we are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain project management and analysis.

About the Role

We are looking for an individual with a B.S. Degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or related discipline/experience, who has a minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain project management and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead value proposition and solution design discussions with senior-level customer contacts.
  • Evaluate current activity for profitability, efficiency, effectiveness, and process design.
  • Analyze trends in customer data to identify opportunities to maximize profit, minimize costs, improve service, and recommend value-added business solutions.
  • Act in a project management lead role with other cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to prepare for RFI/RFQs and client presentations of services.
  • Leverage Tableau and WMS capability to analyze data and automate KPI reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, financial acumen, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Project), report preparation, and data analysis.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in SQL - basic query writing and report generation.
