Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Lab Analyst to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Quality Lab Analyst, you will be responsible for performing various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of products
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and correct quality issues
  • Develop and maintain laboratory documentation and records
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (e.g. chemistry, biology, physics)
  • 2+ years of experience in a laboratory setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
