Job Summary

DR AHMAD INC is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration and be able to implement new procedures, delegate tasks, and manage budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and oversee their work
  • Manage budgets and expenditures to ensure financial stability
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 35 to 40 hours of work per week
