Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2015283 Alberta Ltd O/A Quality Donair. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our fast food outlet, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
    • Train and develop our staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and to prepare and serve high-quality food.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish and implement effective systems and procedures to manage our food inventory, supplies, and equipment.
    • Monitor and control our food costs, labor costs, and other expenses to ensure that we are operating within our budget.
    • Ensure that our kitchen and dining areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
    • Ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Reporting and Administration
    • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on our sales, profits, and other key performance indicators.
    • Maintain accurate records of our inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food or food service environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
