About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic Helper to join our team at SNIS EXPRESS LOGISTICS LTD. as a key member of our maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Diesel Mechanics in performing routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment.
  • Operate and Maintain tools, equipment, and other materials as needed.
  • Support Surveying Activities by holding stakes and ensuring safety procedures are followed.
  • Communicate Effectively with tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Clean and Maintain machines and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Work Environment

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and physical demands. The successful candidate will be able to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.

Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Dependability, Excellent Oral Communication, Flexibility, Reliability, and Team Player skills
  • Steel-toed Safety Boots and other necessary personal protective equipment
