About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Sewaks Nofrills. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and maintaining records.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • HR Support: Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects and tasks across departments, ensuring timely completion and effective communication.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
