Pizza Cook Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Apna Indian Kitchen Pizza & Curry. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Determine food portion sizes and costs to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements to meet customer demand.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-equipped kitchen.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Perform repetitive tasks, such as cooking and cleaning.
  • Stand for extended periods, including during peak service times.
  • Work under pressure to meet customer demand and kitchen deadlines.
