We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager, Personalization to join our team at Loblaw Digital. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and evolving our innovative AI-powered Personalization platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define product strategy and own the roadmap for our Personalization platform, ensuring seamless experimentation, data collection, analysis, measurement, and automated reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products, leveraging customer insights to provide tailored shopping experiences across web, app, digital messaging, and social media channels.
  • Design and conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to validate and refine product features and enhancements.
  • Help define transactional and long-term metrics to monitor and analyze product performance, driving product improvements through data-driven decision making.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ecommerce personalization and AI, shaping a future-proofed vision for your product.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 4+ years of product management experience, with 1-2 years of people management experience preferred.
  • Experience with experiment design principles, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency with data and statistical analysis, including machine learning, SQL, and predictive modeling.
  • Experience working on a personalization platform and technical product management experience or similar is a plus.
