- Administration: Answer the phone and direct calls to the appropriate person or provide correct information, complete data entry into the guest database for guest families staying in the House, perform special projects/assignments as directed, and attend regularly scheduled meetings.
- Relevant and significant experience in working with families, volunteers, customers, or the general public.
- Ability to serve diverse populations and provide excellent customer service.
- Strong word processing, spreadsheet, and MS Office skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and within a team.
- Ability to adjust schedule to fit the organization's needs and respond to emergency situations.
The ideal candidate must be able to concentrate and remain focused while handling multiple tasks, responsibilities, and projects. They must also be able to perform bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and lifting of moderate to heavy weight material up to 25 lbs, frequently climb stairs, and walk distances up to approximately 80 yards.
