About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Manulife Financial Corporation. As a key member of our Inside Sales Consultant team, you will play a critical role in connecting with employees in our group plans to understand their investment and other needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct one-on-one needs-based conversations with group retirement plan-members to understand their financial goals and objectives.
  • Educate and communicate the value proposition of various financial solutions to clients.
  • Conduct financial illustrations to help clients make informed decisions about their retirement income.
  • Guide clients through a needs-based analysis and formulate a plan of action to meet their financial goals.
  • Identify referral opportunities based on client preferences and personal situations.
Requirements
  • Life License (LLQP) required by start date.
  • Mutual Fund License (MFDA) is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in client-facing roles in the financial industry, preferably in wealth or asset management.
