We are seeking an experienced Associate Vice President to join our Deal Advisory team in Region West. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering transactions for our clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market and industry research, detailed financial analysis, and business valuations to identify potential acquisition targets, purchasers, and/or investors.
- Draft pitch books, teasers, confidential information memorandums (CIM), and other Merger & Acquisition deliverables to support client engagement.
- Assume responsibility for the day-to-day execution and delivery of service on a range of corporate finance and deal advisory projects.
- Manage, mentor, and train junior corporate finance professionals to ensure their growth and development.
- Lead proactive business development and deal initiation activities to drive business growth and revenue.
- CPA, CBV, and/or CFA designation preferred.
- 4-6 years of relevant post-graduate experience in Corporate Finance, transaction advisory, investment banking, commercial/corporate banking, private equity, management consulting, or corporate development.
- Proven track record of project initiation/execution in a fast-paced professional setting.
- Strong technical finance proficiency, including knowledge of financial statements and general accounting principles.
- Demonstrated experience or ability in training and developing junior staff members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
