About the Role

Enverus Holdings, Inc. is a leading energy software as a service (SaaS) company delivering cutting-edge insights and predictive analytics to empower customers to make informed decisions that drive profit. As a Principal Consultant, you will be part of a team that drives adoption and usage by proactively connecting with key stakeholders within client organizations to drive value and feedback on key product and technical insights.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic account pursuits, presenting data, analytics, and methodologies to drive business growth.
  2. Design and execute onboarding strategies for various business units within multiple accounts, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  3. Train and mentor new and existing Principal Consultants on client engagement best practices, fostering a culture of excellence.
  4. Deepen relationships with clients, expanding the active user base through targeted strategies and tactics, aligned with sales objectives.
  5. Identify and document key client stories and business value drivers, ensuring accurate documentation in Salesforce.
  6. Contribute to Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Summaries with the Sales Executive and Director, providing actionable insights.
  7. Plan and execute on-site and virtual learning events, product refresher meetings, and Enverus brand awareness initiatives.
  8. Maintain consistent and proactive client contact, suggesting training engagements, probing for deeper workflow understanding, and sharing knowledge with teammates.
Requirements
  1. Apply advanced knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through education and work experience.
  2. Fluency in Core and Foundations functionality within Prism, with the ability to navigate the DIWeb Application with minimal support.
  3. Suggest and plan changes in account strategy based on client nuances, using generated Salesforce reports to track progress.
  4. Effectively liaise with clients to set up meetings and facilitate training sessions, ensuring seamless collaboration.
