We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef to join our team at the Marguerite Bourgeoys Centre. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for planning and preparing delicious meals for our clients. Your expertise in menu planning, food safety, and kitchen management will be essential in ensuring the highest quality of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Lead a team of cooks in preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen
- Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Basic security clearance
- Valid driver's licence
