We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable team leader to work with our deacons and lay leaders, equipping them for a changing church. The ideal candidate will be able to build partnerships with the ecumenical community and the city, and help us with our call to mission.

• Lead the congregation in strengthening partnerships in the community to address inner-city needs.
• Develop and implement strategies to build relationships with the ecumenical community and the city.
• Support the congregation in their call to mission and help them to build a stronger presence in the community.
• Work with the deacons and lay leaders to equip them for a changing church.
