Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing of plastic products at Uniram Plastics. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising production teams and coordinating activities to meet work schedules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
  • Prepare production and other reports.
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Set up machines and equipment.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Reliability and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced production environment with a team of 3-4 people. The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
