Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our team as a Community/Visiting Nurse. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including patients' homes, clinics, and retirement homes, providing exceptional nursing services and developing meaningful relationships with patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans for patients receiving community health services

Requirements
  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) degree or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) diploma
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record, including 2-step TB test
  • Vulnerable sector check and clear background check
