We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at ParaMed Home Health Care.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our clients in their homes, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to clients in their homes, including health education, case management, and consultative services.
- Manage home care cases, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
- Supervise licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation of client care, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases.
