Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server to join our team at 3 Dreams Trading Ltd. as a key member of our food and beverage services team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Order Taking: Take orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Payment Processing: Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Menu Knowledge: Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in mentorship programs and diversity training to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Engage in cultural competency training and awareness initiatives to promote inclusivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
