About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framing Specialist to join our team at MN FRAMING LTD. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials to construct and renovate residential and commercial structures.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems to ensure a solid and secure framework.
  • Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware to complete the construction process.
  • Maintain, repair and renovate existing structures to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
Work Environment

As a Framing Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often on-site at various locations. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing and walking positions
  • Strong physical capabilities to handle heavy loads
  • Permanent work term
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
