Drive Innovation as a Senior Analytics Developer

NearSource Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Developer to lead the technical execution of analytics instrumentation in our multinational Fortune 500 project in Canada.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive framework for web analytics instrumentation, driving innovation and upholding high technological standards.
  • Design, validate, and ensure accurate implementation of new data-capture strategies that align with business goals and reporting requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional teams through agile and traditional project management techniques to execute analytics instrumentation.
  • Conduct regular triage and troubleshooting for analytics-related issues, providing guidance and insights to stakeholders and collaborators.
  • Identify opportunities to expand web analytics data collection, focusing on key performance metrics.
  • Assess and optimize the analytics framework to enhance its reliability, adaptability, scalability, and future-readiness.
  • Foster collaboration with engineering and technical teams company-wide, sharing best practices and exploring new integration possibilities.

What We Offer

  • A competitive estimated salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Strong background in JavaScript, HTML, and weblog databases, with proficiency in React or Angular.
  • Practical experience with tag management solutions, especially Google Analytics, GTM, and DTM.
  • In-depth understanding of web analytics data structures and related data.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially when collaborating with engineering and marketing teams.
