Handyman/Woman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

At Mattino Developments Inc., we are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Woman to join our team. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential settings. Your duties will include operating industrial vacuum cleaners, making adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and performing safety and security checks. You will also be responsible for moving heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, as well as performing other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair. Additionally, you will be responsible for watering and tending to plants, lawns, and/or gardens, and working with minimal supervision. You will also be required to clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas, and repair cracks and holes. If you have a valid driver's license and own transportation, this is a great opportunity for you to work independently and make a difference in our community.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of experience in this field of employment, and will be able to work under pressure, bend, crouch, and kneel as needed. You will also be required to have excellent oral communication skills, be dependable, flexible, and have initiative.
