Handyman/Woman - Maintenance and Repair Specialist

Mattino Developments Inc. is seeking a skilled Handyman/Woman to join our team. As a Handyman/Woman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our properties.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and cleaning.
- Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and other refuse.
- Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Perform safety and security checks.
- Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
- Work with minimal supervision.
- Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- Repair cracks and holes.
- 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Own transportation.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Dependability, flexibility, and initiative.
- Work in various locations, including residential and new residential home building settings.
