About the Role:

EASYCAN INC. is seeking a skilled Financial Record Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and calculating fixed assets and depreciation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in English language
  • Experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work arrangement
  • Permanent employment
  • 30-40 hours per week
