About This Role
Lululemon is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Integrity Systems team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and operating the global product integrity system to maximize product value while minimizing risk to the brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced data models to support product compliance and chemical testing.
- Produce regular reports and presentations for executive review, including monthly, weekly, and daily metrics.
- Extract and cleanse data from disparate sources to conduct operational, strategic, and exploratory analysis.
- Implement data accuracy strategies, including data validation, cross-checking, and error detection.
- Execute global product integrity reporting standard practices and data governance strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, documentation, and alignment to new solutions.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, data modeling, and reporting, preferably in a retail or supply chain environment.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, database management, data modeling, and database structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to leadership.
