Job Title: Construction Project Manager - Reinvestment Area

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Western Canada. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of reinvestment projects throughout Western Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

* Cultivate and promote positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Monitor and control the reinvestment project management process
* Ensure quality control standards for Reinvestment
* Manage and track project budgets, schedules, construction, and project close out
* Develop scopes, estimates, tenders, and awarding contracts
* Create purchase orders and CCO's
* Manage change orders, deficiencies, and project close out
* Provide regular project reports and updates to management

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience in construction project management
* Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
* Advanced skills in Smartsheet, Excel, and SharePoint/OneDrive
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
