Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials for projects
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress
  • Coordinate and schedule activities with project teams and stakeholders
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and quality
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
