Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Efficient Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen environment.
  • Skill Development and Training: Train new staff members on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and direct the activities of food service staff, including food preparation and portioning, to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Hiring and Performance Management: Hire and manage food service staff, providing ongoing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
