Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute daily prep items with precision and attention to detail
- Design and create bread, cakes, and pastries that meet our high standards
- Collaborate with our team to ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Sample and finish products to ensure quality and flavor profiles
- Meet production schedules and deadlines
Requirements:
- Completion of a culinary program or equivalent experience
- At least one year of baking/pastry experience
- Ability to multitask and maintain a high level of attention to detail
- Organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent English language communication skills
