Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager to join our Land Quality and Remediation team in Regina. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects related to contaminated site assessment, monitoring, management, and remediation.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality work to clients, including projects at urban and remote sites, such as oil and gas facilities, commercial and industrial properties, and federal and municipal owned sites.
  • Prepare proposals, work plans, and manage budgets, client support and communication, data analysis and reviews, and reporting.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate staff in project management skills while working closely with senior professionals.
  • Provide leadership in Health and Safety through open and positive communications with all staff.
  • Participate in contaminated site projects, including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and remediation projects, field sampling, and reporting.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of a degree or technical diploma in environmental science, engineering, geology, hydrogeology, or environmental related studies. Ideally, you will have 10+ years of experience in contaminated site work, including managing and leading environmental site assessments, soil and groundwater sampling, and remediation programs. Experience in the energy sector is highly valued.
