We are looking for a highly skilled Hospitality Specialist to join our team at BOMBAY TALKIZ. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving specialty food, and presenting bills to customers.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages. You will also be responsible for taking orders, relaying them to the kitchen and bar staff, and providing customer service.

We offer a competitive salary of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travellers cheques or room billings
  • Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
  • Serve food and beverages
  • Taking orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
  • Provide customer service
