Job Summary

Bell Canada is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Oakville Place. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service goals, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive success.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
