Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching and feedback, and develop strategies to improve team performance.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
- Set staff work schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Supervise staff, address customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure high-quality products and services.
- Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage financial reports.
- Conduct performance reviews, enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, participate in marketing plans, and implement operational procedures to drive sales growth.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and maintain a physically demanding work environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
