Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision

  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and submit reports on food sales, inventory, and customer feedback
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef and ensure that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that food is prepared and presented to the highest standards
    • Identify and address any quality control issues promptly and effectively
  • Team Management
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively
    • Develop and implement training programs to improve staff performance and productivity
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently
    • Address any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and customer service
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor at Church's Chicken McCowan Road, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of dedicated staff. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and may be required to work overtime during peak periods.
