About the Role

As a key member of the International Association for Social Science Information Service and Technology, we are seeking an experienced leader to take on the position of Senior Manager - Advanced Research Computing. This role will play a critical leadership role in planning and delivering advanced research computing and digital research infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a culture of development, respect, equity, and inclusion within the Research and High-Performance Computing Support team.
  • Provide supervision, oversight, and personnel management to ensure effective team performance.
  • Leverage technical expertise in advanced research computing, information management, and resource deployment to align with the university's infrastructure environment.

Technical Expertise and Management

  • Develop strategic architectures and service models for grant-funded advanced research computing infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with researchers, stakeholders, and partners across campus to address research computing needs.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $109,482 - $130,000 per annum, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage.

Education and Qualifications

  • A Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Advanced Research Computing (ARC) with increasing responsibility and some supervisory experience.
