Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Woodcraft Specialist to join our team at Harbour X Construction Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare construction layouts in accordance with building codes and regulations, utilizing precision measuring tools.
  • Cut, shape, assemble, and join materials such as wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to create sturdy structures.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems to ensure a solid base for our projects.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to complete the finishing touches on our constructions.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments, including mills, mines, hospitals, and industrial plants.
Requirements:
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Prior experience of 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • A standard workweek of 30 to 40 hours.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
